👁️ OVE’S GUIDE TO
GOALS FOR 2025
Don’t aim for the stars unless you’re an astronaut! 🌠 Instead, create S.M.A.R.T goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Restricted.
As 2024 ends, reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next. Acknowledge your wins 🏆, own your areas for improvement, and turn aspirations into reality. The key to success isn’t just dreaming—it’s planning and acting purposefully.
Here’s your prep plan:
Set aside 1 to 2 hours this month to chart your path for the next 8,760 hours in 2025.
Use the OVE’s Yearly Audit Framework (YAF) to organize your thoughts and design actionable plans.
Avoid these 4 goal-killing habits:
🚫Vague Goals: Lacking clarity and specifics.
🚫No Strategy: Failing to create an action plan or timeline.
🚫No Updates: Neglecting to revise goals throughout the year.
🚫No Accountability: Skipping regular check-ins and reviews.
Yearly Audit Framework (YAF) 2025
Answer these six questions to craft your plan for success:
1️⃣ Word of the Year
Choose a word that inspires and will keep you focused throughout the year.2️⃣ Who or What is Your Enemy?
Identify challenges or obstacles you’re determined to overcome.3️⃣ 9 Things I Did Well
Reflect on achievements that boosted your strengths or addressed weaknesses.4️⃣ 10 Areas for Improvement
Be honest about where growth is needed and what can be better.5️⃣ 3 Goals for 2025
Follow the S.M.A.R.T formula: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound.6️⃣ Monthly Cash Target
Set a clear after-tax income goal that aligns with your ambitions.
2025: A Year of Action, Not Wishes
Goals without a system are just hopes: lay out your goals, add timelines, and regular reviews to transform your resolutions into wins. Use and adapt the YAF to suit your needs, and remember: your future is built on the foundation of today’s plans.
Make 2025 your best year yet. 💥
