The Perspective Edition #1

The first edition of the Perspective Newsletter was a recap of the most recent blog on OvermanPerspective.com. Since February 2021, we’ve grown 10x.

After four years of writing monthly blogs, I realized delivering health and fitness-related content directly to your inbox is the most effective way to connect with you and promote physical fitness and mental well-being.

Each edition will take ~5 minutes to read and will be packed with:
